  • Rasterize greyed out – layer with vector logo

Posted by Martin Majer on December 3, 2011 at 11:09 pm

Hi, I have a layer with vector logo and I want to rasterize it so that I can paste it in perspective grid in vanquishing point. Is there any way, how can I do that? The logo hasn’t been made by me, but I have it in most of formats, black, white, with and without transparent background. I’d rather use the logo with transparent background, but if I had to, I can use the others to.

    Thanks, Martin

Make sure you have the correct layer selected and that it is not locked. A locked layer will have Rasterize grayed out.

A workaround that I’ve used in the past is creating an empty layer directly above the vector and merging the two (Select both layers and press CMD+E/CTRL+E or Layer > Merge Layers)
