range with color correction

You can’t. You could slice it up and apply the correction to the resulting clip.

I was afraid of that. Never had to do this before but we shot a musical performed live and the stage lights kept changing and not all video friendly. We can blade it up but I’m surprised that you can’t select a range and adjust audio or color what ever. Thanks.

I’ve never heard of an app color correcting a range. I think what you’re looking for is keyframing. But sadly that hasn’t been implemented. Hopefully someday.

You might be able to make an effect in Motion where you can publish selected keyframes. That might let you keyframe certain parameters across a c;ip.

Thanks. I could see where easing in and out of a correction would make it more natural looking bout can’t see the downside to allowing any modification to apply to a selection. For now, we’ll blade it up as needed.
