is there a way (or plugin/assistant) to randomly distribute a layer sequence? in other words, going further than AE’s keyframe assistant/sequence layers by randomly distributing layers instead of just overlapping them sequentially?

to further clarify, for example, i’m looking for a way to easily place layer 1’s in point at :0, layer 2 at 1:25, layer 3 at 3:25, etc. etc. randomly, without doing it one by one. thanks.
