Random Particles
Hi guys!
This is my first CC post. :o)
Now, just wondering if anyone knows how the random nature of these shapes was created.

Any ideas how i could achieve a similar effect?

In After Effects or Motion use the Shape tool and animate a few of the shapes. Then as you wrote. Re-use the shapes over and over again. Hope this helps.
