random number generator expression
Hey, I need to generate a random number between certain values and have it stay. The random number expression does it every frame, and I can’t figure out how to make it only choose one value.
Any suggestions? thanks

Depending on how “random” you need it to be you could use a method like the one found in this tutorial.

In a comp – set different numbers in different keyframes and then set that comp as the layer particle. Set the Time Sampling to be Random Still Frame.
