Random Fade Up Characters (by line?)

IF you don’t need the text characters to scroll up then the Ramp Up Face thingy will work. Just place each line of text on a separate layer and adjust the Random Seed (under Advanced menu in the Text Animator group) and the spread out the keyframes.
