    Hi,

    Just apply the Brightness/Contrast filter and add a random expression to the brightness parameter:
    random(0,100)
    Play with the values to taste.

    Hi,

    Select the Brightness parameter of your effect in the Timeline then Shift+alt+= You will then see some highlighted text in the Timeline. Replace that text with the mentioned expression.
