RAM preview stops when I switch applications
I’m trying to RAM preview and take notes in TextEdit, but when I click out of AE (CC 2014) to start taking notes, the RAM preview stops.
2nd (totally different) question: On playback of RAM previews, it misses the first 12 frames or so, of video upon first loop through, then the 2nd time around it shows the video and audio in full. How can I fix this?

You could always save the RAM preview (Composition -> Save RAM Preview…) if you need to play it while in another application.
