RAM preview NOT REALTIME

I’ve been having the same problem.. Ram preview would not play back HD…

I had a fiddle with the preview settings.. and nothing seemed to make a difference

however I then changed the output device in video preview to Computer Monitor Only…

and it now previews HD.

I originally had it going through my blackmagic card…

So it is 2016 and the same problem still exists.. When color management is on preview is not realtime.. Probably someone will read this post in 2020 and will make the same comment… So typical of Adobe…
It has been really fun reading Adobe’s responses.. Especially :
Adobe is aware that some users are experiencing this issue. So far I have heard this from about 6-7 users (out of hundreds of thousands!), and all of them are on 8-core Mac Pros.
Heeey.. I am using the new mac pro with 12 cores… So ???
