  RAM only at 17% while rendering

  Windows XP
  HP xw8400
  3GB RAM
  NVidia FX1300
  2X Dual Core 2.66Ghz Xeon
  AE CS3

  It used to be at 60%, now only 17% of 3GB is being used. And AE is only using about 40% of the CPU power (across all cores evenly). It used to be about 100%. I’m not sure if I adjusted a setting at some point, as far as I know there is no setting to adjust.

  Anyone have any ideas?
