Hello! I was wonder how you can make the rainbow text in this video. The rainbow text comes in the video at 36 seconds

It looks like they are just changing the color of the text very rapidly as it shakes. You can do this in Vegas Pro by key framing the color attribute on the Generated Text. Set the keyframes to Hold so that they change instantly. Then use Pan/Crop to add a bit of shake to the text and it should get close to what you want.
