Raid vs thunderbolt SSD external
Hello,
I am wondering what everyone’s opinion is on whether I need a raid or if I can use a SSD thunderbolt external drive. All I care about is the speed and one of my friends said that a SSD thunderbolt external is just as fast as a raid.

Hello Bryce, if you only want high speed, then I suggest you to use SSD instead of RAID. SSD gives high performance and boot your system within seconds. Also, it allows transferring number of files within a very short amount of time. Thanks!!
