Does anyone know if it is possible to tweak Radio Waves effect so that the centre, start width is thinner AND closer together out to thicker at the outer circle and expansion slightly bigger, I want to animate this (logo artwork)

If not using Radio Waves, is there some other effect/plugin that will do it?
    Thanks in advance

    Adam,
It is possible to do that general type of move with RW. I’ve done something similar in the past. However it took a lot of fiddling, work with curves in the graph editor, and it was difficult to control.

If I was you I’d be looking at working with the supplied artwork as given – an Illustrator file? – and do something with that directly. Perhaps breaking the logo apart and animating the individual rings in Z depth would give you some interesting ‘visual scaling’ effects.

SO radio waves can use a mask or alpha channel instead of just the circles…so if you made your own circle with those features and used it as your base you would have no extra steps to take.
