R20 won’t open old files
I downloaded an old file from Turbosquid and when I try to open it I get a message that says the file is too old and can’t be opened. I searched online and found a scene updater plug in from Maxon but it needs to have an older version installed in order to work.
Is there an alternative to this? I only have R20 installed in my machine and nothing seems to work.

I can open files back to r12 in r21.open for freelance work

It was made on R11.5 I think. I ended up using a different file of a similar object.I appreciate your help, anyway.

Wasn’t there a C4D matrix export for the whole file? I’ve never used it but your question twigged a memory.
