R128 Audio Standard Loudness metering
Is there a plugin for R128 Audio Standard Loudness metering that actually works within Premiere CS5? The one I found AC-R128 crashes.
New European regulations forbid any TV audio with loudness energy above -23 LUFS (0 LU). This can NOT be measured merely by investigating levels and compression; it’s a time vs energy metering which must be performed by a special algorithm.

None that I know of. I use a double check using Audio Leak on Mac https://www.channld.com/audioleak/ and also by sending audio through Adobe Audition and EQing it with an A-Weighted FFT filter and looking at the mean power reading over time.
