  ahoy,

  the older i get the greater the simplicity of my questions !
  what are the best settings for avid to QT movie for seamless streaming on the web?
  hinted, H264 and i hear they should run about 10 megs per minute of movie.
  i also hear that perhaps i need a dedicated server for the movies… my site is created thru apple iweb and
  the movies take a terribly long time to buffer.
  i could go on and on but i’ll stop right here !
