Hi Russel,
The quality is already determined by the low
resolution and low bitrate (high compression)
of quicktime mov.
There will be no real quality enhancement rendering
it to a higher resolution, however you could blur it
to reduce it’s blockyness.
Make some test renders (and/or burns to RW discs)
to see if you can achieve some subjective enhancement.
Colorcorrect it if you’re unsatisfied with it’s colorspace.
