  Quicktime reference export using XDCAM EX 35 codec is not supported. Avid 2023.8

  Hi guys,

  Can anyone else suggest a solution to the following issue when trying to export Quick time reference files on Avid 2023.8

  “Quicktime reference export using XDCAM EX 35 codec is not supported. Please, select another one in media creation settings.”

   

  I have been exporting quick time ref files for years using this codec so I am not sure why the latest update is refusing to.
