Quicktime Pro LOOP playback is greyed out! Heelp please!

When I goto top menu VIEW — LOOP playback is greyed out and I am not able to loop my video.
I use to in creating videos for full screen playback.

I have uninstalled perian with no luck.
I have the most recent Quicktime installed.

    What else could be conflicting?

    Mac OSX 10.7.4

Not good, I did this and now Finder crashes.

Hopefully I can restore with with the back up file from QT i saved.

otherwise I’ll have to revert my system with the back up from CCC cloner.

Sounds like u have some corruption in your original file.

Also, NEVER save over ur original file, always “save as” when revising a source…that should be standard practice.

When changing things in qt7 you always have to “save as”

For example, if u trim a 1gb (10min) file down to just a few seconds and simply save, it will still be a gig, u have to save as to trim the size down.

    I’m back up now.
Reverted back to my old quicktime frameworks file.

I had a clone of my old system.

it looks like 10.7.3 has LOOP playback but 10.7.4 DOES NOT.

I tried to use a quicktime frameworks file from 10.6.8
    DOH!
