I seem to be asking a lot of questions recently, still, the Cow provides everytime :o)

My reference QT for a film I’m onlining is being a bit weird, if I open it in Quicktime player, the video and audio are perfectly in sync, but when I import it into FCP the audio is in sync with my online pictures but the reference picture is not. So mostly it’s fine, but I need to check it for some speed changes (because as I’m sure everyone knows, FCP is rubbish at bringing them across from the offline), and there’s a couple of clips missing their reel info, and, you know, it’s just nice to have everything working properly!

A bit of info, the QT is a medium quality DV-Pal, my timeline for the Online is Uncompressed 8-bit 4:2:2, both are at 25 fps and the project is an hour long – I must of done 100 + almost identical onlines in my time here, and never had this problem!

Any ideas, fixes, etc would be great.

    Cheers people!

Check the audio sample rate of the QT movie. Does it match the sequence?
