Quicktime movies not playing back properly WITHIN After Effects

Hi Tabitha,

My only thought is to use QT to export a sequence from each of your QT files (I assume they play back fine in QT outside of AE?) and then replace your QT sources in AE with the file sequences.

I’ve been having the same problem with QT animations, thanks for the tip of using sequences I hadn’t thought of that. Simple solution really, I have sequences in the comps that the movs are in and they always play, preview and render fine. Thanks again, that will save me hours or reloading and rerendering tomorrow!

I was having the same problem a while ago. Same situation exactly. Snapz Pro to After Effects. Have you tried updating After Effects. I don’t really know what solved the problem finally, but I have stop experiencing it. I believe it was fixed in the 8.0.2 update. That’s my best guess.
