quicktime movies always look different
I seem to be having a problem with my dv footage when I play it back in quicktime the footage seems to look of higher quality and not pixelated than when I play it back in final cut, any idea why? I’ve actually opened the footage in several programs and the footage seems to look better in quicktime and the same in those other programs as in final cut. I think the problem is final cut is interpreting my footage as interlaced, however the footage is actually not interlaced (shot progressive). Any idea if there is a setting or something that i can change in the program. I’ve attached a photo:
