  Quicktime issue

  I am having a QT issue. I have a long-form program, 90 mins. and when i export to make a MOV, the sound isn’t as loud as it should be. I export a shorter program and no problem. I have QT 10.4 version on Mac Pro 5.1 (2012) Desktop 10.11 OS, with a M-100 2.1.7 version. I’ve duplicated the program but still no difference? Any suggestions? Thanks.
