  Quicktime Invalid Movie Atom JVC GY-HD250

  Hello-

  I am shooting on a JVC GY-HD250 camera, 1280×720 QuickTime format. When I updated Quicktime versions, the files say “invalid movie atom”and cannot be viewed in Quicktime Player, or imported to FCP.

  They can however be viewed in VLC.

  I am currently using a work-around, where I use Quicktime version 7.5.5 to import, and then switch to 7.7.0 to export, but this process is less than perfect and I need to find a solution to this issue.

  Any feedback would be helpful.
