Hi sorry for asking a basic question. I need to upload a 60-minute film on a server, it needs to be decent quality. What kind of quicktime should I use, and what is the best way to upload it on to the internet? The footage I have in FCP is prores 1280×760, the film was shot on Red.

Thank you so much for your help.

quicktime format: H264, 640×360, limit data rate to 768 kb, 2 pass, AAC audio 44 or 32 at 128 kb. = files size about 450MB
if you really want good quality set the data rate to 1500 kb = file size about 650-700 MB
Compressor has H264 presets that you can modify accordingly.
