  QuickTime files won’t play

  Shooting with GY HM100u with the QuickTime 1920 x 1080 60i option. I’ve tried to give files to clients for review but they can’t play them in QuickTime , Windows Movie Maker, or iMovie. I don’t want to export or compress all that footage. They said they can sometimes get the audio to play but not the video.

  Any ideas or suggestions?
