  Quicktime export brightens picture at lower thirds

  Hi all, I’m editing a feature documentary and when I export the Quicktime (exporting using current settings), I notice that the Quicktime picture brightens whenever a lower third comes on. How do I prevent picture color changes in my Quicktime export. I’d use Compressor but it takes so long to export.

  My specs:
  FCP 6.0.6
  Mac Pro
  Quad-Core Intel Xeon, Processor 2.8GHz
  Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 2600
  Editing off 6 G-Tech Firewire drives

  Sequence setting:
  1920 x 1080 (HDTV 1080i 16:9)
  23.98
  Compressor: Apple ProRes
  (most of the film was shot in Canon 5D and some shot Sony EX3)
