quicktime conversion for web streaming
I have been asked to make 2-3 min clips from a 1/2 hr program for hinted streaming. I have a mac pro with fcp 6 and can make excellent quality 640×480 H.264 15 fps mono clips with compressed header streaming. But the host company maintains that few people have quicktime, most people use p.c.s and the best format for them is flash 512 by 388, 12 fps. How do I convert my quicktimes to this codec and size?
