    Hello:

OK, get a cup of coffee because this is going to be a long one. I’ve got Premiere Pro 1.5 and I am trying to get a 2.8gb Quicktime movie (not compresed at all)to render down to about 7mb so I can put it on the web and have had no luck. I have tired multiple Quicktime settings (in the Adobe Media Encoder) in Premiere and get it down to only about 35mbs. The problem with that is it takes way too long to download. I have the same movie in a wmv format and can compress it down to 7mb or so with a 300×200 frame without a problem and it looks great.

Can someone please tell me what settings I would need to get this Quicktime file down to about 7ish megs with a 300×200 fram and still look good? Thanks guys.

Use the Sorenson Pro codec found in Sorenson Squeeze.
