    Just a question.

I’m to send a reference movie of the picture lock cut to a composer for music composition on a 75 minute project.

He says “just send me a quicktime”. When I mentioned that the dv quicktime for the show is about 16gb he got all freaked out. When I asked him what codec or compression he would prefer he didn’t understand. Again he said “just send me a quicktime”.

Anybody have any suggestions as to what compression and codec would be most suitable. He says doesn’t need a real clear picture or a very big image size.

    Thanks

Try Sorenson 3 at 320×240. That is what I typically send.

    medium quality.

Yeah, that’s what someone else told me.

    Thanks
