  quicktime broadcaster .mp4

  I encode a live event with quicktime broadcaster. I use h.264 to compress. It goes to a .mov file. I’d rather encode to .mp4 with h.264 so that an ipod/iphone can play the file. Does anyone know how to do that with quicktime broadcaster, or is there an equivalent free or cheap program that can do .mp4?
