    Hi!

When I try to use my new Decklink Extreme as the fullscreen display in Quicktime Pro 7.02, the card does not show up as an output-option in Quicktime. I have two vga-displays connected to a Matrox Parhelia in addition to the TV-monitor on the Decklink. The VGA’s show up, but not the TV… I understand that I should be able to do this?

The Decklink is listed as a display adapter in Device Manager, and I can output my desktop to the TV using it, but not fullscreen from Quicktime. Although not critical, this would be a very nice feature…

    I’m on WinXP SP2.

Can anybody help me on this one?

    Cheers!

Currently Quicktime 6.5 is recommend for usage with Decklink cards on Windows XP Professional.
You may wish to uninstall quicktime 7 and revert to 6.5 and see if this resolves the issue.

Please can you email your software and hardware configurations to pcsupport@blackmagic-design.com and I shall review these configuration and we can take it from there.
