Ok, This might have been asked before but I’m pretty new to the cow, I wondering how the quick zoom effect is done without the video getting pixelized, like they did in the scrolling fight scene in 300 or this vizio commercial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_ovE1fSyCg Obviously i know how to zoom in and out rapidly but if i zoom in close the image gets pixelized cause i don’t have the option of shooting in HD quite yet. Thanks guys

Thanks for the info, I was doing some pondering and was wondering do you think it possible it could be done with multiple cameras shooting on almost the same exact angle but different zooms, and using Andrew Kramers technique on his earth zoom https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/earth_zoom/

I know at a semipro level (like myself) it’s not possible to get the exact same angle but i can get em close enough that people wouldn’t notice, then use that footage to dolly in and out. Guess there’s one way to find out if it works or not huh…. Thanks again bro.
