I just knocked out an assembly in PP CS6.

I went to start finishing up the project and do things like scale clips, change their blending modes, add cc etc. But when I go into the “Effects Controls” it won’t give me the standard menu with Motion/Opacity/Time-remapping pull downs. Instead I get a message saying “Multiple Clips Selected” (as far as I can tell I do not have multiple clips selected)

What is going on here? Did I toggle something somewhere? How do I fix this? What exactly is going on here.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Dustin,

Having the exact same problem with Lumetri Color Panel, getting the “Multiple Clips Selected” when I only have one single track selected.

What’s going on here? Any hints?

    Thanks!

Nothing is impossible until proven otherwise. And even then…

Old thread, but just wanted to add a solution to it anyway.
I just had this and there was an empty track above my clip that was turned on. When it was turned off the problem disappeared.
