Quick Time Reference Exports
Can anyone tell me why, If I’m working with DV which is 720 x 480, my quicktime reference files are being exported as 720 x 486 from Exress Pro HD? I choose the native dimensions option in the quicktime reference export dialog menu and the exported clip loads into programs like After effects and encore as 720 x 486. There doesn’t seem to be a way to change this. Any ideas?

i learned just a day ago that some encoders crop 2 or 3 lines (depends on the encoding program) from each the top and the bottom of your images. so if this happens u will end up with your desired format.
