Quick Flash/Flicker effect
Hi-
What plugins or effect combos can I use to achieve the quick flicker/flash that you see in the following videos:

It’s a combination of Levels and Blur (Lens Blur most likely). You increase the Blur and blow out the whites within a few frames over a cut. Some folks use a radial blur as well under the regular blur (lens blur).
