    Hi there,

I have an avi file which I am trying to encode in a QuickTime file.

I did: File – Export – Adobe Media Encoder and reach a QuickTime option, I changed it into 512k streaming PAL option (as my project is in PAL)…

But the .MOV file it produced was 54 MB with crap qulaity! My AVI file is only 2 minutes commercial and is going to be used for webstreaming as well!

Please help me and guide me with the Video/Audio settings required for making it into a small sized file with decent view on the screen!

I am on a deadline…a quick helpful suggestion is appreciated.

    Thank you very much!

Export two movies because one solution will not suit both purposes

One as a high quality (large file) for the TV Commercial to the format expected by the broadcaster (NTSC or PAL specs).

The other a low file size designed for your delivery method.

    Hi Craig,

    Thanks for your response.

I have a large file ready…but how do I make it into a small file? I am not able to define any Presets as I am not sure what to specifications to put for 512K DSL modem…

Please guide what should be thespecifications.

    Thanks a bunch.
