  questions concerning mattes and tracks

  Hello All,

  tracks:
  I am working with composited images that are spread over many tracks in final cut. Final cut seems to give an option to insert tracks either before the first or last tracks. Is there any way of inserting a track between to other tracks ( that are not the first or last )….?

  Mattes:
  i am using toms’ 50 point bezier matte filter any have two quick questions concerning this:

  i can’t seem to find how to number or label the points i’m using.. theres boxes /labels that appear by the points but remain un marked/ numbered , is there any way to get the corresponding numbers up? I am animating the matte using key frames so its leaving my job quite hard without the numbers as a guide.

  i haver noticed that the final image after using the matte appears ever so slightly blurred or has lost detail somehow… is this the down side of this matte, or does anyone know why this is happening? is it to do with the curve resolution?

  I am new to this forum, and hope that i haven’t asked too many questions in one thread.
