questions at interview test
Hi people
i will be having a test on Avid express at an interview and i was wondering what kind of questions and tasks i may be asked to perform.
The job is principally connected with corporate video.

Are you asking us what we think they might ask you to do on a job interview?
My guess is that they will want to ensure you know the Avid Express software, so they will ask you questions relating to capturing, editing, and outputting from that software. Specifics? Dunno, can’t get into their heads.
DO you know the software well enough to be able to do everything that would be required?

It might be wise to bring your settings on a jump drive.

Be able to explain the difference between drop frame and non drop frame time code. I always ask potential candidates to try to explain that… it really separates the wheat from the chaff.
