Question: How to “scroll down” as shown in this video?
Hello. Very new to AE. I was wondering how you “scroll” down as it is done in this video. Is it done with cameras or is everything attached to a background which position changes? Complete noob, sorry!

You can use a camera or parent the various precomped elements to a Null Object, then keyframe the Position of the Null Object. A lot of times it is a matter of preference.
