  • Question about waveforms in Audition

Hey everyone, quick question. Usually I record drum tracks in a different program and when I import them into Audition into multi-track view it scales the waveform so that it fits into the entire width of the screen. But for one song I recorded the drums into Audition directly and the width of the screen is now only a few seconds of waveform. This is a problem when I overdub because as the cursor follows the music and scrolls across, everytime it gets to the end of the screen my computer “skips” a beat, almost like a typewriter doing the carriage return (for anyone who remembers what that is!). So my question is: how can I scale the waveform to fit into the entire screen?

Never mind, I figured it out, once I used half of my brain! 🙂
