Question about visibility on a video board
The baseball team I work for is currently going through renovations for the upcoming season and we are upgrading our video board. The board will be 24 feet tall by 36 feet wide at 480×720 matrix. The bottom portion of that video board will be set up for a line score to be on the screen at all times. All my current video content has been made at 1920×1080. In order to make that aspect ratio work on the board the line score portion would need to be approximately 3.75 feet tall by 36 feet wide. my question is for anyone who has worked with boards similar is the line score portion going to be to small at 3.75 feet tall? It seems it would be much to small given the board will be about 400 feet from home plate. Any input would be much appreciated!!!! I could resize and remake all my elements but that is seriously pushing my deadline.
