Question About Track Motion
Let me give you an example.
Imagine a 1 minute video with only a ball.
If I want to move that ball from left to right = I’ll add two keyframes, one to the left and another one to the right.
The problem is if I add another keyframe let’s say in the middle, ball moves till the middle keyframe then slows down till reaches it then moves to the another keyframe then starts slowing down till reaches it, it happens to all keyframes no matter how many.
How could I avoid that “slowing down moviment to the next frame” thing?
I tried setting keyframes to linear and all other settings but nothing changed.Left Middle Right
(keyframe1) (keyframe2) (keyframe3)Starts moving………….slows down………….back to normal speed………..slows down….stops.

Your explanation of your situation is good except that you haven’t explained what you WANT the middle keyframe to do, or why you put it there.
Can you try again?

So if you only want the Ball to move from the left to the right, why are you adding a key frame in the middle?

In Vegas 10e 64bit you can key frame the centre in a different position and set it to Linear and it just flows at the same speed

That doesn’t matter, what matters is when moving to another keyframe, moviment slows down, reaches that keyframe then speed up to the next one and so on.
Still…Let’s assume the middle keyframe will just take my ball up, ball starts on the left in the middle of the screen, moves up then goes back to the middle of screen on the left.
It doesn’t matter whatever the middle keyframe does, what matters is when moving from one keyframe to another one, object always slows down to reach the next keyframe, then goes back to its original speed till slows down again to reach the next keyframe and so on and on no matter how many keyframes and what they’re doing.We have so much time and so little to do! / Willy Wonka

Right click any keyframe and you will see a list of options for that keyframe. The different options control the speed as it passes that keyframe.

Make sure that you have Smoothness set to Zero (0) for all of the keyframes.

Well I just discovered something that maybe will help people with the same problem.
If I duplicate that track that has this problem, the duplicated one doesn’t have it.What the hell!!!
So if your keyframes speed is crazy, duplicate that track then you’ll have them moving the way you want 😉
