  Question about the plural eyes stand alone workflow (possible naming issue)

  Hello, I am trying to run a standalone pluraleyes 3 workflow where the video files would get synced but keep the original sound track with the result being original video files be kept intact with the new audio files generated from a dual system audio recordings, named after the video files they synced to.
  So far as a result I will get only some files named after the video files they are synced to in the output directory with most of the new audio files still having their original name, so it is hard to know what audio file goes with what video file.

  What are the possible solutions?
