    Question about Prev Frame (left arrow) and Next frame (right arrow)

    Every time I use the Prev Frame (left arrow) and Next frame (right arrow) in Premiere Pro CC it moves 3 frames instead of 1 frame at a time. Is there anything I can do to get it to move 1 frame instead of 3?

    What kind of footage are you using?

    The footage is mpeg 4,
    1280 X 720
    H.264
    AAC
