Question about mp4 file (corrupt sd card)

I’m in Catalyst browse I have the export settings the same everything other than wondering why I cant have a “no crop” option it only allows me to choose letterbox, cinemascope, or center crop.

Also, Along with the crop issue, there’s no option to render the same 24p – it only has options for 30 and 60p

I don’t own a7sii and had never worked on 24p footage, so I downloaded a sample a7sii 4K 24p footage from VIMEO, and loaded the file onto Catalyst Browse.

In the transcode setting, I see 24p (& 23.976p) along with 30p, 50p and 60p for 3840 x 2160 resolution. I also see “no crop” option as below.

Are you sure that your recovered footage has the same resolution and the frame rate as those of the original footage? Check the file with MediaInfo.
