    Hey guys!

so I am a wiz at after effects just like you guys here. I want to go to a new level and I hope you guys can help. this is like my 2nd home here being among so many professionals.

so I want to start VJing ( See What VJing is )

Can Anyone give me advice on how to get started in this field? I want to get some classic kung-fu clips add some cool visuals in AE and make a set of clips and mix, cut, scratch (twitch effect) live with a beat. Are there any controller that will do that or software I can use that will do something like that?

Thanks for any help you guys can offer me in starting this new venture in video for me 🙂

Check this out. Essentially, the trick is setting up MIDI controllers to enable live mixing of video, effects etc. Not easy to be sure, but it’s being done. I have read stories of other people using programs like this in combination with GarageBand and getting live audio into the mix in some crazy ways.

    Good luck.
