    Question about cookie cutter

    I need to create a “tilf shift effect” in Sony Vegas. I could probably use cookie cutter to do the masking, but I cant figure out how to make rectangle cookie from left to right side of the frame… Is it even possible?

    You could use the “Rack Focus” effect in NewBlueFX Video Essentials II to produce the Tilt Shift effect.
