    Hi,

My Director is asking me about overcranking the EX1 to shoot 48fps and playing it back as 24fps…simple right?

No,… If i play back the footage as 24fps the frame rate seems a lot slower…like its skipping a couple frames.

I’m confused becasue I thought that setting the camera to 720p/24 would mean that anything recorded would still be in the 24fps container. So, overcranking 200% to 48fps and playing back in 24 should be as smooth as regular 24, right?

    Here is my setup:

    EX1
    720p/24
    Angled Shutter at 180
    S&Q set to 48 fps

    Thanks in advance.
