    Hello,
I’ve exported a couple of FCP clips to QT Mpg4 format to use in a presentation by eZedia (similar to Powerpoint, in some ways). I imported the clips into a suitable frame, but have since found that there is distortion, as I changed the frame. I need to adjust it back again. Should the ratio be 720 x 480? That seems a bit much.
    Thanks,
    Shari

Are you viewing this material on a crt monitor? If so you will have to change the pixel aspect ratio, (square to non square).

What program did you use to encode the mp4s? What recipe did you use? What’s the frame size?

    Hi,
Sorry to respond so slowly – it’s been a bit hectic on this end. I did adjust the frame that held the video to be at a 4:3 ratio, and solved the problem.
Thanks for your time, and your concern. I’m sure I’ll need help again sometime in the future, and I appreciate you being here.
